Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking an Office Manager. The Office Manager will manage everyday operations and efficiency. This position involves owning budgets, accounting responsibilities, and managing administrative staff and office supplies.
This is the Office Manager position for you if you have experience managing a wide range of tasks!

How you will make an impact
 •  Order inventory/supplies as well as research and negotiate cost effective prices with vendors
 •  Help with accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank/account reconciliation, and expense reimbursement
 •  Managing the overall hiring experience with new employees including recruiting, onboarding, and training
 •  Help operations by supervising staff and maintaining office systems
 •  Handle any issues that arise with the office, employees, or customers - Experience with Microsoft Office required
 •  2+ years of office management experience
 •  Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
 •  Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks and payroll software applications
 •  High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
 •  Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
 •  High attention to detail as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills
 •  Skilled in human resources management procedures and practices
