Responsibilities:

Paradyme Management is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support mission critical programs.

The Technical Project Manager will work directly with project team and oversee the overall delivery and performance over the SDLC for the project. Project team may consist of data scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts in the definition of new analytics capabilities able to provide our customers with the information they need to make proper decisions and enable their digital transformation. Duties include:

 •  Collaborate with customers to identify and create specific use cases that addresses customer needs
 •  identify and maintain KPIs to help drive solutions and delivery
 •  Support development team in tecnical delivery of work assignments
 •  Interface with senior leadership with the customers to consult on future technology roadmaps and capabilities
 •  Lead project teams to success

Qualifications:

 •  BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields.
 •  Minimum 4 years relevant work experience leading project teams for customer solutions and delivery.
 •  Effectively work with customers and identify key issues and solutions and convey those to the team.
 •  Excellent verbal and written communication.

 •  The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects is essential. Strong self -motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
 •  Must be a team-oriented individual, energetic, result & delivery oriented, with a keen interest on quality and the ability to meet deadlines.
 •  Ability to work in an agile environment

Physical Requirements: These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.
 •  Sedentary work.
 •  Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.
 •  May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
 •  Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
 •  Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
 •  Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
