Job Description
Construction Design Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Review contracts
• invoicing and change management
• Review design program requirements
• Design budgets and design schedules
• Financial reporting and invoicing
• Manage outside design consultants as required
• Weekly Client and internal design meetings
• Ensure quality of overall design
• Coordinate and provide technical support during construction

The Successful Applicant
Qualified Construction Design Project Manager will have the following:
• 5+ years of experience as a Design Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $10-50M+ in value
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred
