Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Partnerships Coordinator to help us develop our reward catalogue by researching and sourcing new rewards from around the world. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with retailers and delivering results.
A key aspect of the role is to provide support in onboarding new reward options in Ovation's platform. You will be prospecting and contacting retailers from around the globe and a proven interest in IT, business and communication would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
• Set up new rewards options in the company system
• Conducting market research to identify new retailers and trends in the industry
• Contact retailers and collect information about their gift cards
• Present your research findings
• Liaise with suppliers/partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
• Collaborating with internal teams to support the day to day running of the business
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience working in an office environment, ideally on an operational role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be confident to communicate in person, on the phone, via email
• IT literate – Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite
• A higher education degree is preferable
• Additional languages would be a bonus
• Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
