Attorney/Lawyer
Robert Half is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience for a reputable mid-size law firm in Chicago, IL. The Litigation Attorney should have at least 4+ years of experience in commercial and employment litigation. This client will pay a competitive base salary, bonus, and great benefits.
This is a flexible hybrid role. The firm is looking for employment counseling, employment litigation, and business litigation experience. The ideal candidate should have experience handling employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, counseling clients on a range of employment issues, creating and revising employee handbooks and policies, handling complex commercial litigation, and have strong writing, research, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle and manage cases with minimal supervision.
• Possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
• Above-average academic credentials and references
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the firm
• Licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience
• Commercial and employment litigation experience
