Allstates Consulting Services has an opening for a new civil construction crew to work in the east TN, east KY, VA market. We need a strong Foreman who has concrete experience: preferably with experience in concrete installation for telecom or commercial environments as well as some experience installing conduit in ground and grounding rings.
Basic constructions experience is a must.
We also need 2 helpers: helpers should have experience working around basic construction. All employees must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done! You may be installing conduit and electrical one day and doing concrete or grading work the next, or grading out an entrance.
You MUST be willing to travel up to 3 weeks at a time. There is work in TN,KY, VA, NC but it could spill over to OH,PA,IL,TN later on it may require you to travel further. Per-diem is paid for all overnight stays, company truck, tools and trailer is provided.
Job Summary
The Forman and helpers will be part of a 2 or 3 man crew installing concrete pads for generator sets at telecom sites and doing other installs as needed. This will involve grading, setting up forms, laying rebar, rock and running all electrical conduit, etc.
The Foreman will have 5+ years installing concrete in commercial, industrial or residential environments. Must be able to do work without supervision and manage a team of 2 to 3 helpers.
Must be able to travel 3 to 4 weeks on the road at a time. This is not optional, if you cannot travel do not apply.
As an civil helper:
Have an UpToDate resume listing out your electrical experience.
If you have an electrical or industrial license please list that on your resume.
Possess a good work ethic.
Be 100% Safety minded.
Possess your OSHA 10 or 30 Certification. we can provide.
Be willing to travel 3 to 4 weeks at a time.
Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively.
