work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator with experience with Promotional Products.
In this position, you will:
• Manage promotional projects that come from Sales and AM teams.
• Provide estimates, answer questions and assist in the search and procurement of promotional goods
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Build and Maintain lasting relationships with vendors
• Oversee deliveries of products and orders
You will thrive in this role if you have:
• A professional attitude with close attention to detail
• Ability to meet dealines and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word), etc.
• Prior promotional products experience - A MUST!
