Our current Engineer is Supporting / Managing AWS environment primarily:
Responsibilities include:
AWS:
The Gate Keeper of Production environment.
Managing and supporting underlying Infrastructure provided to engineering team for DEV/Testing.
Managing GitHub branches to segregate deployments.
Working with 3rd party architects to deploy Dockers.
Managing access control for Engineering/Apps team.
Managing vulnerability/security scan for code prior to production deployment.
Managing access to No-SQL MongoDB.
Azure:
Access control and network setup (VPN / Firewall).
Our commercial and Gov tenant
File Share access deployments on Gov tenant.
VM Deployments on commercial.
Architecting future growth.
Infrastructure:
External DNS.
AD services support.
Support our Infrastructure team with various tasks.
