Clayton Services is searching for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join a thriving company in Cypress, Texas, on a long-term temporary basis. The Sales Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department.
Sales Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support
Assist with preparing quotes for the sales representatives
Maintain jobs in progress reports
Follow up on late orders
Prepare shipping quotes utilizing FedEx, UPS, etc.
Manage freight/ground orders
Assist with resolving any shipping issues
Manage and distribute the incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare orders for the shop
Greet visitors
Maintain a visitor log
Sign for office deliveries and packages
Maintain a clean and tidy front office lobby area
Scan orders once completed
Other tasks as assigned
Sales Administrative AssistantSkills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills
Excellent dependability and attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Microsoft Office proficiency
