We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager to join the Kuiper's Commercial Revenue Operations team. Our ideal teammate possesses a natural curiosity, sharp analytical skills, and is excited to build products and processes for our commercial business.
We are looking for an individual that can craft the vision and lead implementation of sales lifecyle management tools and business support systems (BSS) for Kuiper's commercial business operations. The candidate will work extensively with customers, sales, marketing deal desk ,legal and finance teams to understand business requirements and work with engineers to build solutions on both first party and third party solutions (salesforce CRM, industry cloud etc)

As a Principal Product Manager Technical, you will be responsible for identifying and, discovering customer problems, defining business strategy, defining product vision, building the product roadmap, writing detailed requirements, evangelizing the product within the organization, managing executive stakeholders and launching product to target users.
You will constantly need to make tradeoffs to balance between large forward thinking initiatives and smaller incremental value adds.

Key job responsibilities
 •  Define business strategy and product vision by authoring PR-FAQs and vision documents
 •  Build product roadmaps
 •  Author business requirements documents
 •  Evangelize the product within the organization,
 •  Manage executive stakeholders including Directors and VPs
 •  Launching product to target users and create training content
 •  Make complex trade off decisions
 •  Work with engineering teams to build features on salesforce CRM, industry cloud and first party Amazon tools.

About the team

Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO) is responsible for the business strategy, operations and systems for Kuiper's commercial business across multiple industry segments in multiple countries.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Redmond, WA, USA- 7+ years of technical product management experience.
 •  5+ years experience of working directly with engineering teams.
 •  5+ years of experience in B2B-services , satellite or Telco industry.
 •  3+ years of experience working on salesforce CRM and/or industry clouds.
 •  Knowledge of B2B sales lifecycle and deal management processes- - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
 •  - Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ.
 •  - Experience of pricing products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
