Develop and review automated and manual testing scripts
Develop and review functional and non-functional specifications.
Develop and review technical requirements documents (BRD, PRD, etc.)
Develop, maintain, and document a software test environment!
Assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes.
Documents processes and client demands for process improvement.
Logs, manages and tracks user issues and cases.
Troubleshoot bugs and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms

Technical Skills:
