Job Description
What our Harvest Evaluation Supervisor will do:
Maintain a valid Driver’s License in good standing in order to operate a company vehicle.
Uphold positive working relationships with the farming group in order to have a regular flow of product to production facility.
Select, supervise, and train full-time and seasonal harvest evaluators to assist in seasonal workload.
Maintain and supervise field operations to ensure continuous and safe operations.
Establish safety program for the Fruit Evaluation Department to meet POM Wonderful accident reduction objectives.
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and corporate food safety regulatory standards.
Review and enforce company quality standards provided by facility, regional, and corporate quality authorities.
Maintain data collection and reporting functions for all Fruit Evaluation activities.
