What you need to have:

Have 2 to 4 years of experience on release & change management & implementation standards, tools & processes. Working experience on tools like Service Now or Azure ADO
Ability to speak and write
English fluently

Have experience in Planning and execution of weekly/ monthly / major/ emergency releases for all supported applications
Have experience in Identifying and managing Risks, establishing Mitigation plan to avoid/mitigate any issues having impact on the release scope, schedule, and quality.

Have experience in improving the release & deployment processes by building CI/CD pipelines using required tool chain

Have been responsible for Communication and socializing of all crucial highlights of the release implementation plan, downtime requirements, scheduled outages.
Have been responsible in the coordination, execution and tracking of the entire releases.
Have been responsible for generation as well as on time escalation for release deployment issues to the appropriate management team
Have experience in management of post release implementation deployment retrospectives, root cause analysis and the tracking of the retrospectives to closure to ensure similar issues are not repeated for subsequent release implementations.
