Completes the follow up of assigned accounts to decrease aging days through timely reimbursement.
Trains and provides continued education of staff.
Identifies employee training and billing issues and concerns followed by research and resolution of these issues.
Works closely with the Billing Supervisor to implement and enforce Billing policies and procedures as well as streamlines the Billing process.
Delivers exceptional customer service.
