Job Summary:
As Chief Engineer for MUOS, you'll leverage your extensive technical expertise to propel our MUOS Sustainment and R&D initiatives forward. Provide technical leadership in designing, analyzing, implementing, testing, and sustaining capabilities in this adapted 3G WCDMA cellular system for the military and associated ground system.
Deliver quick and thorough resolution of non-conformances and other challenges that might arise, including leading failure investigations and presentation of findings to internal and customer review boards.
Mentor and guide engineering team members to foster their professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
15+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 13 years of job-related experience.
(DOD) Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Candidates must be able to obtain a TS Clearance within a reasonable amount of time from the date of hire.
