Responsibilities Deep understanding of ITOM domain Define and communicate the vision, goals, and roadmap of the product or service. Collaborate with the customers, stakeholders, and the development team to identify, validate, and prioritize the features and requirements.
Write and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment. Manage the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and up-to-date. Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective.
Coach and mentor the development team and other stakeholders on agile principles, values, and practices. Monitor and track the progress, quality, and performance of the product or service using metrics and feedback.
