Position : PSMP Support Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 09+ months contract (High Possibility of Extension)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Review Dealer and field support inquiries through internal client ticketing system and provide support based on Program Guidelines.
Ensure multiple systems and database accuracy through consistent oversight, updates, and enhancements.
Utilize internal communication channels to effectively communicate Program updates and enhancements to Dealers and field teams.
Support the implementation of pricing updates and program enhancements.
Support content accuracy of all client related systems.
Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at client.
Additional duties as assigned by client Program Manager and Senior Operations Manager.
Education and Certifications:
College degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration/ Management, or relevant work experience.
Experience Required:
2 years prior automotive experience, including OEM aftersales support positions.
Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe and other job-related applications.
Dealership aftersales departments (service, parts, etc.) experience.
Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe and other job-related applications.
