The Inside Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information; develops and maintains customer accounts.
The Inside Technical Sales Coordinator manages the procurement and delivery of the products and all related records.
Responsibilities:
• Provides excellent and timely customer service by answering telephone, fax, and email inquiries.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• Orders materials, verifies goods received, prepares shipments, creates packing lists, and communicates expected delivery date to the customer.
• Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Configures, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.
