Position Title: CT Techologist
Pay Rate: $48-55/Hourly
Work Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00
Hours/day: 12 Hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Licenses Requirement: ARRT .
Certification Requirement: BLS
Job Description:
CT Imaging: - Perform and oversee a variety of CT Tech procedures to capture detailed images for diagnostic purposes.
Patient Care: - Prioritize patient care and comfort, demonstrating empathy and clear communication throughout the CT Tech procedures.
Equipment Operation: - Operate, calibrate, and maintain state-of-the-art CT Tech equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
Radiation Safety: - Adhere rigorously to radiation safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of both patients and fellow healthcare staff.
Collaboration: - Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists, physicians, and fellow CT Tech professionals to achieve accurate imaging and diagnosis.
Patient Education: - Educate and guide patients through the CT Tech procedures, addressing any questions or concerns to enhance their overall experience.
Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of CT Tech procedures, patient details, and equipment maintenance activities.
Quality Control: - Implement and participate in stringent quality control measures to uphold the high standards of imaging accuracy expected from a skilled CT Tech.
Emergency Response: - Demonstrate swift and effective responses during emergency situations, showcasing the preparedness of a seasoned CT Tech professional.
Certifications: - Possess and keep up-to-date the necessary certifications, including Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) and CT Tech certification.
Professional Development: - Actively engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of evolving technologies and methodologies within the field of CT Tech.
