Requirements
Position Essential Functions
• Perform a variety of duties for counter service including greeting and serving customers, receiving and processing payments.
• Promptly and politely greet guests, taking food and beverage orders, and expediting food orders.
• Prepare accurately boxed customer orders.
• Maintain appropriate portion-control.
• Demonstrate and prompt strong work ethics and high levels of accuracy.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
• Display a positive, helpful attitude toward customers, including speaking clearly and convey information accurately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate professionally while demonstrating social skills appropriate for guest interaction.
• Ability to communicate accurately both in written and verbal form.
• Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction.
