My client is a multi-site plastic product manufacturing organization that has been around for well over 50 years. With 8 sites in North America, they are the premier manufacturer and provider of plastic packaging products. With one of these sites located in the Greater Chicagoland area, they are looking to continue their growth and add a skilled leader to the team within one of their locations in Pleasant Prairie.
Job Description
• Utilize your background in blown film
• Troubleshoot existing machinery
• Maximize Efficiency and optimize quality on the production floor
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Understand the entire Manufacturing Process to identify bottlenecks
• Work Cross Functionally and Communicate across departments to ensure high levels of efficiency
• Establish site KPI metrics to analyze local success
• Implement LEAN Manufacturing principles

• PLC / Automation Knowledge preferred, not required
• "Hands On" Mentality
