Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
• Assist with special projects and events as assigned
• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
