What Youll Be Doing
Be a member of the site Rotating Equipment Reliability team acting as an expert regarding the selection, installation, operations and maintenance of gearboxes, compressors, pumps, mechanical seals, turbines, and motors.
• Oversees the lifecycle management of assigned rotating equipment, ensuring reliability through consistent strategy application, developing inspection and overhaul plans, and guiding repair methods.
• Partner with the maintenance and operating teams; create plans to inspect, overhaul, and repair rotating equipment to keep it performing well and reliable for its entire lifespan(link removed) Support equipment turnarounds(link removed)>
• Assist in spare parts review to ensure equipment maintainability and parts availability(link removed)>
• Recommend projects to enhance overall plant reliability, develop cost justifications, and participate in the initial project designs (FEED), including specification of rotating equipment.
• Use predictive technology; Conduct analysis of inspection and vibration reports to identify improvement areas, establish safe operating limits, and support for equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
