4 Corner Resources is hiring an IT Systems Administrator. This opportunity is an onsite position located in Kissimmee, FL. We are looking for someone who has previously worked in the hotel/hospitality industry doing Network and Systems Administration.
This is a 6-month contract with the intent to convert permanently based on budget and client needs.
IT Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
This individual will provide support in purchasing, provisioning, configuring, and monitoring inventory of computer hardware and software for the launch of a new site.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day issue resolution, patching/updating, as well as the maintenance of IT systems, equipment, and network administration.
Develop protocols for network security and troubleshoot technical errors in networks and systems.
Address technical support inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Offer advanced assistance to end users for computer, software, system, device, access, and hardware challenges.
Offering technical assistance and support across various domains, including:
Internal and cloud-based systems
Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, O365, Azure, Active Directory.
Virtualization technologies: VMware, and VDI
Networking technologies: Meraki, Cisco, and Client Technology.
Operational support for security systems.
Remote monitoring and management of system alerts.
Address escalated support issues related to core business solutions.
Review, implement, and enforce security best practices for systems and integrations, including general compute, PCI, and regulatory compliance.
Utilize Service Desk software to manage help tickets, track resolution progress, and record working times.
Offer support to hospitality and business-related IT systems.
Conduct employee onboarding sessions for new technology system assignments.
IT Systems Administrator Qualifications:
Must have 1 – 3 years of experience in hospitality industry technical support.
Minimum of 5 years in overseeing the development and implementation of software, applications, and related computer operating systems.
Hands-on experience with diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or six years of relevant technical work experience.
4 years of: ySphere, VDI, and Microsoft Operating systems.
2 years of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Azure Active Directory, Office 365) experience.
A plus is VMWare and Microsoft Certs.

Payrate: $48 - $50 hourly
