Job Description

The Product Analyst will report into the Senior Product Manager and work closely with key stakeholders as well as the following:

 •  Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and generate insights related to product performance, sales trends, and consumer behavior.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
 •  Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
 •  Assist in the development of product forecasts and demand planning models to optimize inventory management.
 •  Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the product management function.
 •  Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
 •  4+ years of experience in a similar analytical role within the CPG industry.
 •  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
 •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
