Accounts payable specialist

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable aging reports
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable
