As a Full Desk Traditional Account Executive, you will be part of the Contract Division, responsible for establishing new business to maximize revenue and profits.
This includes managing full-cycle recruiting and delivering for your clients, while marketing and generating leads for new business.
Responsibilities:
-Business Development:-Create and execute strategies to identify potential new clients using aggressive marketing and lead generation techniques-Generate leads, make cold calls, and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationally

-Build and maintain relationships with potential and active clients to effectively grow your business-Qualify and negotiate job orders and contracts with potential clients-Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations-Adhere to the proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycle-Recruiting:-Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly skilled professionals for direct hire positions within the industry-Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, social media, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
