Remote Position
Client is seeking a Research Analyst for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary and secondary research, with a focus on data-driven analysis and problem-solving. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop timely business alerts based on competitive intelligence tracking, utilizing tools such as Avature or GETA microsite.
Create Talentelligence playbooks and identify prospects for candidate generation, captured in Avature.
Maintain data integrity and facilitate information sharing across teams, including building systems/tools for scalable information sharing.
Conduct gap analysis on hiring process pass rates and lead quality from sourcing channels.
Audit the effectiveness of designated talent channels for ongoing optimization.
Utilize research-assisted AI, online databases, and semantic searching tactics for candidate sourcing.
Proactively suggest strategy ideas to HRBP community and relevant stakeholders.
Research channel trends, new market players, and best practices in channel strategy.
Participate in creating research deliverables such as battle cards, executive summaries, and case studies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in market research, library science, anthropology, or quantitative disciplines.
Proven experience in primary and secondary research methodologies.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management, organization, and time management.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Superior academic performance, with a demonstrated ability to excel under pressure.
