Key Responsibilities:
Timely daily and monthly reporting of P&L, including detailed analysis and commentary on performance metrics.
Analyze flash versus actual P&L variances, monitoring front to back processes to ensure controls are in place and investigating any breaks.
Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to develop business and control solutions, supporting Banking teams and front office traders.
Work closely with trading desks and operations to resolve trade booking and valuation issues promptly.
Conduct month-end reconciliations on P&L and balance sheet accounts, monitoring intercompany receivables/payables for accuracy.
Calculate returns for new banking deals, communicating results promptly to senior management and finance teams.
Ensure the accuracy of the firm's financial books and records, taking responsibility for data integrity and compliance.
Participate in new projects, initiatives, and system enhancement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to improve processes and systems.
Provide information and support to internal and external auditors during audits and regulatory examinations.
Prepare quarterly financial reports and presentations on Americas Portfolio Returns for stakeholders.
Pay $40-60/hr (depending on experience)
