Sales Executive - Dairy Nutrition
We're recruiting a seasoned sales manager with strong executive and administrative skills, including:-
Market evaluation-
Strategic Planning-
Set the direction for the Wisconsin team of 8-
Lead a culture change-
Succession planning-
Recruitment-
Profit/Loss and Budget management-
Lead a group of seasoned sales reps, some with oversized egos
Office from your home and spending more than half your time there, you will partner with a Dairy Nutritionist (PhD) to create and implement a strategy for market penetration, bringing cutting-edge solutions and alternatives that address dairy producers' challenges.
