Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
Support patients in Springfield, IL, and surrounding areas.
Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
Self-manage time and schedule effectively.
Schedule and Shift Details:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Local travel.
Requirements
Associate degree or higher.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
TruChart EHR.
Acute Care.
Rehabilitative Setting.
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Illinois (IL).
Valid Regular Driver License (DL).
