1. Do PoC for new ideas/solution/technology adoption
2. Validate the technical design done by the development team
3. Lead the effort for immediate fix for Major Incidents for business continuity
4. Lead the effort for permanent solution to prevent further occurrence of the same issue for which MI was raised
Must Have
1. Strong communication
2. Good knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules
4. Strong background in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports
5. Good problem-solving skills
6. Knowledge in Oracle APEX is a definite plus
7. Ability to do PoC for new ideas or new technology adoption
8. Validate the technical design done by the development team
9. Reverse Logistics, Forward Logistics and Device Repair experience will be an added advantage
