Implementation & Connectivity Specialist Position Summary

Our Company is seeking an Implementation & Connectivity Specialist to work directly with new and existing partners to implement new connections and services. In this role, the Implementation & Connectivity Specialist coordinates with partners to implement, update, and test connectivity and transactions to provide reliable services to our clients.
This role involves coordinating with internal and external clients to establish and maintain efficient transaction processing.

What You'll Be Doing as an Implementation & Connectivity Specialist
 •  Update and complete new and ongoing implementation and connectivity projects to ensure accurate and efficient project resolution.
 •  Monitor transaction processing to ensure consistent quality of results and research any outages, fluctuations, or downward trends.
 •  Provide operational support for production practices, issues, and help desk tickets.
 •  Track updates, testing results, and configuration details in support tickets, along with any related documentation and follow up.
 •  Coordinate between partners and our core development team to troubleshoot issues or request new enhancements as they arise during implementation or connectivity testing.
 •  Manage work to meet established deadlines, while also being flexible when timelines change.
 •  Proactively provide timely communications regarding updates, issues, and resolutions.
 •  Perform tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for applications to ensure reliable connectivity.
 •  Comply with all federal, state, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
 •  Maintain confidentiality standards and expectations.
 •  Exhibit exceptional internal and external customer service with all individuals.
 •  Observe security responsibilities.

What You'll Bring to the Team as an Implementation & Connectivity Specialist
 •  Experience with EDI transaction types (X12 837D, 270/271, 835, XML, etc.) preferred.
 •  Experience with Postman and SoapUI preferred.
 •  Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize.
 •  Ability to change course as needed and act quickly.
 •  Effective planning and documentation skills.
 •  Successfully able to change priorities as needed to meet the changing demands of production activities, clients, and the department.
 •  Maintains accurate documentation in production activities.
 •  Punctual and reliable in order to consistently support the team and the high volume of daily, independent work.
 •  Works successfully with other departments/staff with positive feedback from others.
 •  Regularly meets the position timelines, productivity and accuracy requirements established.

 •  Starting wage range for this position is $25.00 - $28.50/hour DOE.
