Position Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele
Pay Rate: $55- $58/Hourly
Work Location: Everett, WA
Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 7:00pm-7:30am
Hours/day: 12 Hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Type of Facility: Level II Trauma Center
Licenses Requirement: WA license required
Certification Requirement: BLS
Min 2 years of experience within specialty
Prefer experienced traveler due to high volume /pace.
Job Description:
Assess and prioritize patient needs in the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data, reporting any abnormalities.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and wellness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and emergencies.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
