We are looking for a Cash Servicing Senior Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Creating industry-leading processes and controls that prevent non-compliance issues, provide consistent customer experience, and drive operational efficiencies.
Working with Operational Risk to identify and mitigate risk and establish a quality assurance process.
Building a high-performing team with alignment to the department vision, focusing on team member care and development, clear communication, talent management, and frequent recognition.
Ensuring that all Cashiering, Reconciliation, and Cash Management functions performed follow company, regulatory, Legal, and investor guidelines.
Ensuring the timely posting and deposit of all funds received both internally and externally.
Overseeing the processing of all wire transfers and check disbursements.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree preferred.
4. 10 years experience in a mortgage loan servicing management assignment with progressively responsible leadership responsibility.
MSP Experience required.
Demonstrated track record of building successful teams and delivering expected results.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
