Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Bilingual Office Assistant. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the office staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
• Translate documents and correspondence between Spanish and English.
• Greet visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
• Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
