RESPONSIBILITIES of Corporate Real Estate Paralegal or Law Clerk
• Examine and draft a range of agreements and leases.
• Conduct legal research covering lease and real estate, contracts, labor and employment, Head Start regulations, governance, insurance, property, and intellectual property.
• Support in responding record subpoenas.
• Aid in the creation of corporate filings and related documents.
• Fulfill administrative tasks delegated by the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel.
Must have 2+ years of experience in drafting and reviewing agreements and at least 2 years of corporate transactional experience.
Must have BA or Paralegal Certificate
