Job Description
The Senior Project Developer - Solar will be responsible for:
• Support evaluation and acquisition of solar project sites
• Interpret local ordinances, lead permit applications, and ensure compliance
• Facilitate thorough assessments for project viability
• Develop maps, build relationships, attend meetings for approvals
• Collaborate on layouts, designs, and plans with engineering teams
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources for successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
• Identify and manage suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Generate progress reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in renewable energy industry
• Direct experience in utility scale solar or wind projects
• Experience with land development: landowner engagement, and negotiation/contracting, title resolution, agricultural land use/water restrictions
• Experience in real estate, working with state and local governments, and proficiency in ArcGIS preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required

$140,000 - $160,000 base salary
