Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking an experienced crew lead who understands civil and structural concrete construction.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the project.
• Communication with management, staff, clients, and suppliers.
• Management of Crew Employee time entry, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Creation of project specific planning and execution methods.
• Oversight of job site safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in crew leadership.
-Experience in set-up, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Working knowledge of Local, State, and OSHA safety requirements and guidelines.
• Strong understanding of A.D.A Requirements, testing, and inspection procedures concerning civil and structural concrete construction.
• Experience reading project plans and design materials.
• Bilingual communication skills while not necessary are a plus.
