" Conduct assembly, alignments, and final configurations of components.
" Conduct Assembly work applying prescribed methods using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and test equipment.
" Collect test data, use databases and other office programs to document the manufacturing process
" Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions
" Assist in the selection and/or set-up of specialized equipment
" Perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
" Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance
" Follow audit and safety guidelines
" Participate in continuous process improvement.
" Daily Team Meetings held to address barriers to production and to highlight employee wins
" Employees are actively involved with exciting new and emerging product
" All feedback is considered valuable and is captured via our Just Do It task program
" Training is routinely provided either as On the Job or via our Client University online portal
Education
" High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
" 1 year of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred

" Previous assembly experience in a Clean Room environment is a plus

" Ability to use appropriate PPE
