Our client is one of Chicago's top General Contractors, seeking Construction Superintendent with expertise in supervising residential projects, coordinating trades, supervising subcontractors, ordering building materials, participating in job-site coordination meetings with the architect and owner.

The Successful Applicant
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer
• Residential experience strongly preferred
• Experience working on $1MM+ projects
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is plus but not required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments simultaneously
• Strong time management, oral and written communication skills
• OSHA certification
