Nurse Manager
In collaboration with the Director, and other Assistant Directors within the Department/Unit, assures the delivery of effective and sufficient patient care services for a Medical-Surgical department on a 24/7 basis. Assumes a leadership role within the unit to ensure that patient care services meet established standards in a manner consistent with Waterbury Hospital's mission, goals and objectives.
