Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing and implementing the marketing strategy and tactics for The Kessler Collection and its expanding portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and experiences. This role acts as a liaison among the properties, corporate team, and external vendors, cultivating strong relationships with partners to ensure that appropriate support is provided.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 •  Manage all communications and projects between the marketing department, on-property teams, and agencies to keep all communications succinct and ensure all projects are completed on time.
 •  Primary contact for on-property teams to stay current with property events and marketing needs.
 •  Corporate Director support - Collaborate with Corporate Directors to understand overarching business goals and align marketing strategies accordingly.
 •  Campaign support - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, bookings, and lead generation.
 •  Project management - planning, managing and executing projects related to marketing needs.
 •  Content development and distribution - developing, planning, and implementing the organization's social media content strategy.
 •  Platform management - Tailor and maintain social media profiles to align with the brand's visual and messaging standards.
 •  Copywriting - Craft compelling and persuasive copy for a range of marketing materials, including advertisements, email campaigns, website content, and more. Assist with social media needs that are not fulfilled by social media agency such as copywriting approval, Instagram stories, etc.
 •  Content audits - Manage all content, imagery and accuracy on all platforms not limited to websites, intranets, and platforms. Audit all owned marketing channels to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.
 •  Industry trends - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing strategies.
 •  Manage all content, imagery, and accuracy on all marketing channels such as websites, review sites, DAM’s, etc.
 •  Establish and oversee processes for content creation, content calendars, and marketing workflows.
 •  Collaborates on concept creation, trafficking, and archival of all sales and marketing collateral, ensuring materials are distributed appropriately.
 •  Development and filing of all marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 •  Manage and secure all domains and trademarks relevant to the marketing department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 •  Excellent computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Required
 •  Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshoot, InDesign and Illustrator – Recommended
 •  Familiarization with Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Planoly, Hootsuite, and similar product – Required
 •  Marketing experience – Required
 •  Marketing analytics experience - Recommended
 •  Hospitality experience – Required
 •  Luxury experience – Recommended

WORK ENVIRONMENT
 •  The majority of time will be spent in doors in class A office space.
 •  Candidate must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
 •  Overtime is frequently required with or without notice.
 •  Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands.
 •  This position frequently interacts with the Marketing department and is required to communicate within deadlines.
 •  This position maintains direct contact with external vendors on behalf of the company, and may be required to host meetings and/or attend industry related events.
