Are you an HR / Payroll professional looking for a new challenge? The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience, a demonstrated proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG WFM products and a strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements, union payroll regulations, and retirement/pension benefits administration.
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will be crucial in this role, as will your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
 •  Track employee timecard policies and issues discipline if warranted.
 •  Understand and interpret collective bargaining agreements for hourly and salaried union
employees, ensuring payroll practices align with contractual obligations.
 •  Manage and oversee the weekly, end-to-end payroll processing cycle
 •  Utilize UKG Pro and UKG WFM products effectively to streamline payroll processes,
troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements as needed.
 •  Participate in regular audits to validate payroll and benefits data accuracy and generate
reports for management review and decision-making. Perform research projects related to grievances, arbitrations, and federal and state litigation.
