Position Overview: Join our team as a Weekend Concierge and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and vibrant atmosphere of our premier living facility. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, this position requires managing various responsibilities with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Your main goal will be to ensure all residents and guests experience high-quality interaction and service throughout their weekend visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times. Ensure that all residents and guests feel welcomed, valued, and respected.
• Communication Hub: Efficiently operate a multiline telephone system to screen and direct calls, take messages, and provide information with courtesy and tact.
