Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Familiarity using electronic medical records systems is a plus
Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive and affirming care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Full-time counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
