• Analyze and interpret data to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments
• Manage a team of skilled individuals, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
• Ensure all activities align with the overall sales and marketing strategy
• Enhance brand awareness through innovative campaign planning and design
• Leverage SEO strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates
• Monitor and manage paid media advertisements, optimizing for best results
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Foster a data-driven culture within the team, encouraging all members to understand and utilize key metrics.
• Proven expertise as a Director of Demand Generation
• Proficiency in using Facebook Insights, Google Ad, and Google AdWords for campaign planning and implementation
• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing advertisements
• Solid understanding of analytics for measuring campaign success and brand awareness
• Skills in design and paid media strategies for effective demand generation
• Proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign coordination and execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
