The role involves auditing vouchers from 23 contracts in the Bureau of Tuberculosis Control and Refugee Health, including monthly and quarterly billing cycles.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Familiarity with government contracting and grant management preferred.
Job Duties:
Audit vouchers submitted for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and regulations.
Process vouchers for payment, reconciling them with contract information and verifying timeliness.
Communicate with grantees to resolve any issues or discrepancies found during auditing.
Enter audited vouchers into the State Financial System for payment processing.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vouchers, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
