Job Description

Act as subject matter expert for our social and YouTube paid media campaigns

Support Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in their partnership with the Marketing Team to understand underlying business objectives and set media KPIs

Contribute to brainstorming and cross-department planning

Help develop and execute digital marketing plans for paid social platforms and YouTube

Present plans (when applicable) to internal constituents and the Marketing Team

Manage timelines for planning and coordinate with Marketing, Project Management, and Creative for asset delivery

Communicate any needs with Ad Ops or other specialists (for tagging, optimization set up)

Ensure best practices when building and testing campaigns and assist with analyzing and reporting results

Optimize campaigns and test strategies to drive performance and learnings

Track all spending and validate media partner invoices

Problem solve with our media vendor platforms

Keep the team abreast of changes to social platform offerings and functionality, with a strong eye to how they impact paid/amplification opportunities

Proactively research the latest digital trends that affect digital marketing, attend industry seminars

Actively contribute to the development of the agency's culture and standards of quality
