Network change control processes.

Ability to rationalize risk in making changes to IT Infrastructure

Linux and Windows Server Troubleshooting Skills

Ability to manage server resources effectively.

Understand how Single Sign On (SSO) and SAML 20 work from a platform integration standpoint.

Understand Routing and Switching concepts such as, DCHP, DNS, Routing protocols, ACL's, class and route maps, LDAP, AAA, SAML 20, TACACS+

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all NMS tool compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers hosting network management tools.

Integration of all network monitoring systems with other platforms

Coordinate work with other IT teams in an efficient manner.

Install and upgrade software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.

Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, assessing impact of issues, engaging vendor technical support teams.

Provide documentation and technical specifications to Network Services for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.

Complete bug scrubs of new software to be implemented.

Implement automation for tools to deliver to logging pipeline, tool backup pipeline, event management pipeline.

Implement automation for privileged access management.

Troubleshoot, update, and clean up existing automation code.
